If you still have access to your TyreGo app, the fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the app:
You will be asked to confirm the deletion before it is submitted, since this action cannot be undone.
When your account deletion request is completed, TyreGo removes or de-identifies the following:
As part of Customer account deletion, your saved address and the precise pickup/service coordinates attached to your bookings are removed.
Completed or cancelled booking records may be retained in an anonymized, de-identified form. This means the record is disconnected from your name, phone number, and other personal identifiers, while the underlying service and payment details (such as service type, amount, and timestamps) may be kept for legitimate accounting, operational, and dispute-resolution purposes. Historical records are not all immediately and permanently erased at the moment of deletion — some information may continue to exist in this de-identified form as described above.
If you no longer have access to your TyreGo app (for example, you uninstalled it or lost your verified phone number) and still want your account deleted, contact TyreGo Support directly and request account deletion. Please include the phone number your account was registered with so we can locate it.
